How to redeem it
1. Download or print the Summer Reading Journal for Grades 1-6 from Barnes & Noble's website. 2. Read any eight books and record them in your Summer Reading Journal. 3. Bring your completed Summer Reading Journal to any Barnes & Noble store location. 4. Choose one free book from the participating selection. 5. Offer is valid July 1 - August 31. Limited to children in grades 1-6, one free book per child.

Heads up, parents! The Barnes & Noble Summer Reading Program lets kids in grades 1-6 earn one FREE book by reading eight books and logging them in a special journal. While the offer description mentioned pizza and plush toys, the Barnes & Noble page *only* offers a free book from their selected list. It's a solid program from a reputable bookseller to keep kids reading, but don't expect a pizza party out of it. You'll need to hit a B&N store between July 1st and August 31st to snag their reward.
