By accessing and using FreebieAgent ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

FreebieAgent is an AI-powered platform that helps users discover and access free samples, promotional offers, and deals from various retailers and brands. Our service includes:

• Curated lists of free samples and promotional offers
• User accounts for personalized recommendations
• Links to third-party websites offering free samples
• AI-powered content generation and recommendations
• An automated agent that, at your direction, completes and submits sample request forms on third-party websites using information from your profile

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Upload malicious code or content

When you direct FreebieAgent to claim a sample on your behalf (for example, by clicking "Deploy FreebieAgent" on a sample listing), you appoint FreebieAgent as your limited agent for the sole purpose of completing and submitting that specific sample request form on the corresponding third-party website. This appointment:

• Is limited to the specific sample claim you authorize at the time you authorize it
• Authorizes us to transmit the information from your FreebieAgent profile (such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and other fields you have provided) to the third-party website operating that sample offer
• Authorizes us to interact with the third-party site as if we were you for the limited purpose of submitting your request
• Does not authorize us to create accounts, accept ongoing subscriptions, make purchases, or take any action beyond submitting the specific sample request
• May be revoked at any time by ceasing to authorize new claims; revocation does not affect submissions already completed

You acknowledge that the third party receiving your submission will treat the submitted information as having been provided by you, and that any contract, offer acceptance, or relationship formed with that third party is between you and the third party — not between you and FreebieAgent.

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all information in your profile, including any information submitted on your behalf to third parties
• Ensuring you are eligible to receive each sample you claim (including any age, residency, household, or one-per-customer restrictions imposed by the third party)
• Reviewing the third party's terms, privacy policy, and any disclosures presented on their sample request form before authorizing a claim
• Any acceptance of the third party's terms or privacy policy that occurs as part of submitting their form, including any checkbox or consent that the form requires in order to submit
• Complying with each third party's rules, terms of service, and applicable law in connection with your sample requests

If you do not want a particular sample request submitted with your information, or if you do not agree to a third party's terms or privacy practices, do not authorize FreebieAgent to claim that sample.

FreebieAgent submits sample requests using automated software (a "bot"). You acknowledge and agree that:

• Our agent identifies itself transparently to third-party websites via its User-Agent string (for example, "FreebieAgent/1.0") and does not impersonate a human user or another browser
• Some third-party websites prohibit or restrict automated submissions in their terms of service. It is your responsibility to review each third party's terms before authorizing a claim and to decide whether to proceed
• FreebieAgent makes no guarantee that any particular third-party website permits automated submissions, that any submission will be accepted, or that any sample will be fulfilled
• A third party may, at its discretion, reject, ignore, block, or revoke submissions originating from our agent, and may take such action with respect to your account or future submissions with that third party
• You will not direct FreebieAgent to submit requests to any third-party site whose terms you know prohibit automated submission, and you accept full responsibility for any consequences of doing so

Our Service contains links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for:

• The content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites
• The availability or quality of free samples offered by third parties
• Any transactions between you and third-party providers
• The fulfillment of offers or promotions by third parties

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FreebieAgent and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without explicit written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data transmission

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreebieAgent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FreebieAgent from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
