Common questions
FreebieAgent is an AI-powered platform that finds and surfaces free sample offers from brands around the web. We aggregate the best freebies so you don't have to hunt for them.
Yes, completely free. The samples are offered by brands at no cost to you, and FreebieAgent is free to use. You never pay for the samples or shipping.
On offers with a one-click claim, FreebieAgent fills in the brand's own sample form with the details in your profile and submits it for you. If an offer can't be claimed in one click yet, or the brand changed its form, you're sent to the brand's page to claim it yourself.
From the brands themselves. Companies open sample request forms for new products, and sampling programs mail products to members they pick. FreebieAgent lists the live offers as they open, each linking to the brand's own form. Our guide to free samples by mail in 2026 covers what's shipping now and how each kind of program works.
Delivery times vary by brand and location, but most samples arrive within 2-4 weeks. Some digital samples are instant.
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. We never sell your information to third parties.
New samples are added daily. Turn on notifications to get alerted as soon as fresh freebies are available.
FreebieAgent is free to use and we'd like to keep it that way. We display ads on the site to cover our costs and keep the lights on. The ads help us maintain the platform, keep the AI running, and add new samples every day. We keep ads unobtrusive. You're here for the freebies, not the ads.
Most freebie sites are blogs updated by hand. FreebieAgent runs AI agents around the clock that find new offers every 10 to 30 minutes, score each one before it's listed, re-check live offers about once a week, and remove expired ones automatically. It's also the only free sample site we know of that can fill out and submit a brand's form for you in one click. See how it works at freebieagent.com/how-it-works.
Yes. Turn on notifications and FreebieAgent will alert you the moment new samples matching your interests go live, so there is no need to keep refreshing the site. Popular offers can run out fast, so notifications help you claim them before they're gone.
Yes. FreebieAgent learns what categories and brands you care about (like beauty, snacks, or baby products) and personalizes your feed and notifications around those preferences, so you see more of what you want and less of what you don't.
Our AI agents scan brand sites and freebie sources, pull out the details of each offer, and drop duplicates. Every offer is then scored on ten checks, including credibility, hidden costs, how hard the form is, and whether it's still available. Offers that need a purchase or rebate are ranked below real freebies, and anything asking for a credit card, shipping fee, or third-party app is flagged. Live offers are re-checked on a rolling schedule and removed when they end.
No. FreebieAgent works entirely in your browser on desktop and mobile, with no app install required. You can still enable notifications from the browser to get alerted about new samples.
