What FreebieAgent noticed
Talia Foods is a legitimate Mediterranean foods brand specializing in legumes and bean products, so you're getting a real product from an established supplier, not some mystery brand. The offer is genuinely free with free shipping, no hidden catches there. The Instagram sharing aspect is optional for the sample itself, but it's their way of generating user-generated content and potentially featuring you on their site. This is a straightforward sample claim with a simple form and no subscription trap.
You fill these in yourself on the brand's site.
