FreebieAgent score
“This offer is highly suspicious, requiring an 'OTC Network card' from an unverified source, and is not genuinely free for everyone.”

What FreebieAgent noticed
This offer dangles free Beech-Nut Baby Food, a legitimate and widely recognized brand for infant nutrition. However, the redemption method via an 'OTC Network card' is a major red flag. OTC cards are typically benefits from specific health insurance plans, not something you acquire by simply entering your email on a random offer page. This smells like a data grab or a misleading offer that will likely require you to sign up for something else, rather than genuinely handing over free baby food. Don't expect to just walk into Walmart with a magical card from an email.
You fill these in yourself on the brand's site.
