What FreebieAgent noticed

This is a free Snowball Cookie from Insomnia Cookies, a popular chain known for delivering warm, fresh-baked cookies. The Snowball is likely a seasonal, buttery, powdered-sugar-dusted treat. You'll need to be an Insomnia Rewards member and quick on Dec 4th, as it's limited to the first 100 customers at participating U.S. bakeries. If you're already a member and near a store, it's a sweet, easy win. Otherwise, the 'first 100' catch might mean more effort than it's worth for just one cookie.
