Join Cinnabon Rewards and they'll toss in a free 4-count BonBites when you make any purchase. Not exactly a no-strings freebie, but free mini cinnamon rolls with your coffee run is still a win. Sign up via the app or cinnabon.com/rewards.
This one requires a purchase, so FreebieAgent can't auto-claim it. It only takes a minute on the brand's site.
Redeem it with the brand. FreebieAgent never charges you.
FreebieAgent score
“Reputable national brand with an easy, legitimate signup flow, but the purchase requirement caps its appeal, hence the middling 55 score.”

What FreebieAgent noticed
This is a loyalty-program welcome bonus, not a pure sample: you need to buy something to unlock the free BonBites. Cinnabon Rewards itself is legit and free to join, and you'll also start earning points toward future free baked goods plus a birthday Cold Brew. Worth doing if you're already headed to Cinnabon, less exciting if you're hunting for something-for-nothing. Redemption is easy via app cart or in-store code, and it's limited to participating locations.
You fill these in yourself on the brand's site.
