“A great free full-size pickleball paddle directly from Humana, but with limited availability.”

What FreebieAgent noticed

You're looking at a free pickleball paddle offered by Humana, the major health insurance provider. This isn't a high-end, pro-grade paddle, but rather a promotional item designed to encourage physical activity and introduce people to the booming sport of pickleball. Humana is a reputable company, so the offer itself is legitimate, but understand you'll likely be giving your info to a health insurer. The main 'catch' is the limited supply and a potentially long 5-7 week wait for delivery. It's a decent grab if you're curious about pickleball and don't mind a basic starter paddle.
