CVS is rolling out digital punch cards for select ExtraCare members—buy eligible items, rack up punches, and unlock free products or ExtraBucks. Check your CVS app's "Deals and Rewards" section to see if you're in. Stack coupons while you earn, and you can run two cards at once.
This one needs an account with the brand, so FreebieAgent can't auto-claim it. It only takes a minute on the brand's site.
How to redeem it
1. Open the CVS app and log in to your ExtraCare account (ensure your ExtraCare card is linked). 2. Navigate to "Deals and Rewards" on the home screen, or tap your profile icon and look under the ExtraCare section. 3. Look for a banner that says "Start earning rewards!" and opt in to the ExtraCare Punch Card offer that appears (offers vary by account). 4. Purchase eligible items from the category on your punch card (e.g., beverages, digestive health, or lip products) to earn punches—you'll get one punch per eligible item, up to 3 per day or 6 per week. 5. Once you earn 3 punches, you'll unlock a free item or ExtraBucks reward. You have 90 days to fill your card and 30 days to redeem your reward once earned.
The brand ships your sample, usually in 2–8 weeks. FreebieAgent never charges you.
FreebieAgent Score
“Genuine loyalty program with real value for qualifying members; high brand trust and transparent terms. Score reflects limited eligibility and requirement to already be a CVS shopper, but legitimate enough to publish.”

FreebieAgent Insights
This is a legitimate CVS loyalty program feature, not a scam, and CVS is a major, reputable retailer. The catch: it's only available to *select* members (check your app to qualify), and you've got a 90-day window to fill the card and 30 days to redeem your reward. The punch limit is three per day or six per week, which is fair. The real appeal is that punches count *before* coupon deductions, so you're genuinely stacking savings. It's a solid deal if you're already shopping CVS, but eligibility is lottery-like.
